I've enjoyed cooking for years. For March 2010, I decided our family would go meatless. Thus the beginnings of this blog. We've gone back to eating meat, but not as much as we did before.

MN Hotdish
This recipe courtesy of my friend Jeanelle. We did a dinner swap (vs. the usual cookie exchange) in December. I really liked this dish.
