My Own Potato Soup

Saute;

1 1/2 T. butter

1/4 c. chopped onion

1/2 c. chopped celery

1 chopped carrot

1+c. chopped mushrooms

Add:

1 can chicken broth

2+c. chopped potatoes

I also put in some meatballs"

and a "dollop of Daisy" sour cream

It turned out good.
