I've enjoyed cooking for years. For March 2010, I decided our family would go meatless. Thus the beginnings of this blog. We've gone back to eating meat, but not as much as we did before.

French Toast
This morning's French Toast
Mix well:
1 T. Ground Cinnamon
1 t. Ground Nutmeg
1 t. Ground Cloves
1 1/2 t. Vanilla
2 t. Lemon Juice
1/2 c. Milk
12 Eggs
Dip 20 Slices of Bread into egg mixture, and cook on 375 degree griddle
